Colton Scott

Colton Scott is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist with composition credits for film and theatre as well as experience in conventional concert bands, rock bands, and other musical contexts. His latest original folk music and score compositions were for the original play A Schooner Called Dart which won the Fan Favourite award voted on by audience members at the 2025 Fundy Fringe Festival.Colton is a skilled player and is comfortable working in many genres, settings, and groups. He is a blues fan through and through, and will proudly show it through his music. Growing up in Hampton, NB, he was exposed to an epicentre of art and creativity in New Brunswick. His energetic, and simple sound will bring a boogie to most who listen.Colton prides himself in finding the music to suit your needs. Whether it is a jingle for an advertisement, scene music for a theatre piece, or a soundtrack to your latest video upload. With a collaborative process in mind he will work with you to create exactly what you're looking for.On the Performance side, Colton is a quick study, and can pick up on the fly to act as a side man, a fill in musician, or simply a man counting 127 bars before hitting a triangle.
